Shipping FAQs
How do I receive free shipping?
For orders totaling $9.99 or more, Black Flag will provide an
option to choose FREE UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the United
States. Simply choose the free shipping option in step 3 of the
checkout.
Will I be sent a confirmation of my order?
A confirmation email with details about your order will be sent
as soon as we begin processing your order, usually a few minutes
after your order is received.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground and should arrive within 3-7
business days from the order date.
I need my order right away. Can you rush it to me?
We ship most of our products within 1-3 business days (not
including transit time). At this time, we only offer shipping via
UPS Ground.
Do you charge sales tax?
Black Flag charges state sales tax in California, Georgia,
Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Texas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee,
Illinois, Ohio, Maryland and Washington.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Currently, we only accept orders from the United States.
